Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary (12th Grade) examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Minimum Marks in 12th: * General Category: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required.
Reserved Categories (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD, and Divorced/Widow Women): A minimum of 45% aggregate marks is required.
Note: Even a small fraction less than the required percentage (e.g., 49.99% for General) makes a candidate ineligible.
Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant should not exceed 28 years as of July 1, 2026.
Age Relaxations: There is no upper age limit for widows, divorced, or abandoned women. Relaxations for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates are applicable as per Rajasthan government rules.
Appearing Candidates: Students appearing for their Class 12 exams in 2026 are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the percentage criteria by the time of counseling.
Application Fee
The application fee depends on the number of courses a candidate chooses to apply for (General, Sanskrit, or both).
For a Single Course: If applying for either D.El.Ed (General) or D.El.Ed (Sanskrit), the fee is Rs 450.
For Both Courses: If a candidate chooses to apply for both D.El.Ed (General) and D.El.Ed (Sanskrit), the fee is Rs 500.
